Membership is open to all interested parties and to include family memberships for children up to the age of 16 years. The committee approves all new applicants and can refuse memberships at their discretion at any time.
There are four meetings held a year, to deal with club matters. Minutes are recorded at such meetings. Urgent decisions between meetings may be discussed by a special meeting attended by three of the main officers and at least one committee member.
The AGM is held annually in January of each year. The Chairman presents a summary of the past year's activities. The Secretary reports on memberships etc and the Treasurer presents a full set of the club's financial position. The balance sheet is vertified by an independent auditor and approved by the committee.
The Club finances are run by the elected Treasurer who shall be responible for the banking of monies and paying any expenses as required. All cheques to be signed by any two of the three signatures held at the bank and approved by the committee.

At the AGM the appointment of a Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and five or more committee members are elected.
No-one can be elected onto the committee until they have been a fully paid-up member for at least one year.
WCVC Rules and Regulations
In the event of the club being wound up, any surplus of funds shall be paid to a charity chosen by the current committee members.
